Product Information What’s Oga Tan? “Oga Tan” is Sawdust Briquette Charcoal. We produce a couple of types of them, one is White Charcoal called　”Santohka” and the other one is Black Charcoal called　”Ebisu Tan”. The raw material　is selected sawdust that comes from natural timber such as cedar or pine. After compressing and moulding, the sawdust briquette will be put into our specific kilns and carbonized. Carbonation takes for approximately four days and the temperature is over 800 degrees Celsius for White Charcoal, between 600 and 700 degrees Celsius for Black Charcoal. Compared to natural charcoal, that is carbonized natural timber, our product is convenient, handy and useful with competitive price. Our charcoal has substantial qualities.
